“The mayor of Mariupol, Vadym Boychenko, offered the mayor of Warsaw, Rafal Tsaskowski, with a bracelet built of pre-war metal from the famous Azovstal, as a sign of cooperation in the long run restoration of Mariupol,” the statement reads.
