In the Chernihiv region, Russian troops shelled a cemetery in the course of the burial of a neighborhood resident.
The suitable statement was designed by Suspilne, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
The incident took position in the village of Hremiach, which is section of the Novhorod-Siverskyi group, on January 8, 2023. In accordance to the village head, Andrii Irkha, there ended up two attacks on the cemetery. Russian mortar shells remaining craters just 30 meters away from the fresh new grave. Thankfully, civilians remained unharmed.

A reminder that above 8,000 properties have been still left wrecked or weakened by Russian invaders in the Chernihiv location, mainly the housing stock. Thirty-three bridges and crossings were being ruined, and about 1,100 kilometers of streets destroyed.
